Sr. Analyst Workforce Analytics

We're looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst Workforce Analytics to join a growing analytics team. In this role, you'll partner with HR and business leaders to uncover workforce trends, answer critical business questions, and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape talent strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, building dashboards, and translating analytics into stories that influence business decisions.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and develop data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover trends, identify root causes, and generate actionable insights.
• Perform trend analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to support talent and workforce initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Alteryx.
• Develop meaningful visualizations that help leaders understand workforce performance and opportunities.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Present findings in a clear, compelling way that tells the story behind the data.
• Help improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data architecture teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Recommend new approaches and creative solutions for solving complex business challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Alteryx

• Experience using statistical tools such as R,
  Python
  , or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience leading talent or workforce analytics initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven ability to communicate findings through compelling presentations and data storytelling.
• Experience working with large data sets outside of Excel.
• Ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Experience in HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics.
• Experience building workforce metrics, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modelling.
• Experience presenting insights to executive leadership.
