Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases and test plans
- Validate healthcare claims and benefits workflows in Javelina
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Coordinate with business and TPA teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Test AD-related access controls and troubleshoot networking issues
- Report, track, and verify defects through resolution
- 8+ years of QA Testing experience
- Strong Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Eligibility)
- Hands‑on experience with Javelina and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Administration and user access management
- Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Experience with Jira/Azure Dev Ops and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare business processes
