Senior Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to drive the growth of our overseas markets. In this role, you will lead the transformation of our pre-sales service architecture, build robust support frameworks for global project channels, and align cross-functional teams to deliver localized, high-value HVAC technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Strategy & Architecture: Plan, build, and continuously refine the global pre-sales service system. Drive the transformation of pre-sales business processes with a focus on expanding professional and project-based sales channels worldwide.
• Solution Delivery & Platform Building: Establish an integrated pre-sales service platform. Partner closely with regional subsidiaries, key accounts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, localized technical solutions aligned with emerging industry trends.
• Technical Asset Management: Establish and oversee the mechanism for developing, reviewing, and continuously updating pre-sales technical collateral. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure all global documentation is complete, accurate, and best-in-class.
• Customer Lifecycle & Market Intelligence: Oversee pre-sales customer requirements and issue resolution across overseas markets. Conduct local market research and feasibility assessments to develop localized guidelines, elevate customer experience, and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years specifically in HVAC pre-sales or technical support.
• Deep familiarity with the full overseas product development lifecycle, with proven ability to provide early-stage technical support for complex, project-based channels.
• Demonstrated strength in cross-functional stakeholder management, data analysis, and designing digitized workflow processes.
• Capable of independently drafting, reviewing, and presenting complex technical documentation to international clients.
• Prior team management or leadership experience is preferred.
