This role requires onsite presence at our client offices in Cleveland, OH;
Pittsburgh, PA; or Dallas, TX.

• Monitoring distribution systems and notifying relevant stakeholders of potential issues.
• Assisting with troubleshooting on call.
• Managing and tracking incidents such as outages.
• Facilitating incident analysis meetings.
• Identifying automation opportunities for automation specialists.
• Ensuring reliability of scope and related systems for customers.
• Coordinating process follow‑ups until event completion.
• Providing extensive application support experience, including log file analysis.
• Participating in critical issue calls and contributing expertise to resolve issues.
• Applying analytical and problem‑solving skills to interact confidently with client‑side teams.
• Researching and replicating user experience to validate solutions.
• Resolving issues beyond the capacity of junior team members.
• Providing technical solutions and innovative ideas to complex and simple problems.
• Remaining flexible for extended and weekend hours during critical timelines.
• Working overlapping business‑hour shifts for critical meetings and activities.
