Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator

We are looking to speak with an experienced D365 CRM Administrator who's able to take ownership of business-critical CRM platform.

This is a hands-on role focused on system administration, user enablement, reporting, data quality and platform optimization.

• Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the CRM platform, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
• Support users across the organization by troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, managing permissions, and providing guidance on best practices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and automated processes to improve business visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Coordinate platform enhancements and third-party system integrations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

• Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise CRM platform within a multi-user environment.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, user management, security models, data governance, reporting, and application integrations.
• Experience creating dashboards, workflows, automations, and business process improvements that enhance user experience and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Starting Salary - $80k - £100k
