We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong experience in Drupal and the Acquia ecosystem to support and enhance our Mar Tech digital web platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal onsite guidance, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain websites built on Drupal CMS, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum/Agile environment to deliver sprint commitments.
• Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and release cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues, ensuring optimal stability and performance.
• Contribute to enhancements, customizations, and new functionality aligned with business requirements.
• Utilize Acquia tools and cloud platform for site building, deployment, and performance optimization.

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency with PHP and backend logic for Drupal-based applications.
• Previous experience working with Drupal CMS (Drupal 10 or 11).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience developing custom Drupal modules.
• Experience with Acquia Site Studio and Acquia Cloud tools.
• Ability to write custom JavaScript for interactive components.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Pendo or other user-experience enablement platforms.

• Self-driven with the ability to operate with limited oversight.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communicator able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly responsive and reliable.
