As a Launch Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in onboarding restaurants to our platform, ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout their lifecycle with us.

• Work closely with merchant restaurants to enhance their experience and drive success.
• Create and execute seamless onboarding strategies that delight our merchants.
• Engage in hands-on work, training merchant staff on new platform tools.
• Develop training materials to ensure staff understanding and adoption.
• Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
• Identify opportunities to optimize merchant workflows and maximize revenue.
• Contribute to shaping the direction of our company in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other departments.
• Proactive nature and ability to operate at a detailed level.

• Spanish fluency is a plus.
