Job Description
We are seeking a junior SailPoint Engineer / IAM Analyst to support identity and access management operations within a healthcare environment. This role will work closely with the broader access management team and support day-to-day IAM functions.
Responsibilities- Support user provisioning/deprovisioning and access requests
- Assist with Active Directory user and group management
- Help manage and monitor MFA platforms
- Support access reviews and basic role-based access control (RBAC) processes
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and elevate as needed
- Collaborate with IAM team members to maintain security and compliance standards

- 1–3+ years of experience in IT support, IAM, or related field
- Exposure to Active Directory, MFA tools, Basic identity/access concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Exposure to IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint/ISC) is a plus
- Healthcare environment experience (nice to have)
