Business Analyst – Logistics (SAP Asset Management

(Flexibility for 3 days onsite)

Duration: 9-Month Contract with Potential Extension

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale logistics and asset management initiative. This individual will play a critical role in stabilizing a newly implemented system, supporting testing efforts, gathering business requirements, and partnering closely with development teams on system enhancements and production improvements.

During the first two months, the primary focus will be ensuring the successful stabilization of a newly implemented system by:

• Executing and coordinating system testing activities
• Validating system changes and enhancements
• Documenting and managing business requirements
• Collaborating with development teams on system designs, enhancements, and defect resolution
• Supporting issue identification, analysis, and remediation efforts

Following stabilization, this individual will support a roadmap of enhancements and production initiatives by:

• Participating in solution design and business analysis activities
• Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
• Evaluating business processes and recommending system improvements
• Partnering with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests
• Supporting implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Assisting with change management and user adoption efforts

• 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience
• 2-3 years of SAP configuration or development experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting testing activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Adaptable and able to quickly pivot as business priorities change
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

• Experience working within SAP Asset Management and/or Preventative Maintenance modules strongly preferred
• SQL experience
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformation initiatives
