Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility  < < <
Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state  < < <
Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working  < < <
Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)  < < <
Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog  < < <
Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation  <

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience Â
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Â
* 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment   Â
* Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders Â
* Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency Â
* Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally Â

 Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience  Â
* Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization Â
* Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills Â
* Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery  < < <
* Participation in scaled agile frameworks  < < <
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications < <
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)  < <
Top Requirements:<
