This role is designed to provide hands‑on platform experience, build strong campaign execution skills, and develop a foundation in integrated media strategy.

• Set up media billing trackers, steward the billing process, reconcile invoices, and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis
• Assist with campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and launch across paid media platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, escalating issues proactively.
• Pull and organize campaign performance reports and dashboards to inform insights and optimization recommendations.
• Support the planning process through audience, keyword, and competitive research.
• Coordinate creative assets, tracking parameters, and campaign documentation.
• Review and reconcile invoices and support the billing process.
• Participate in internal training and platform certification programs.

• 0-2 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprised of media planning and/or buying, including internships
• An internship with an advertising/media agency or in a digital marketing role is highly desired
• Prior experience using excel for data management and/or budgeting a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pull actionable insights from sets of data
• Excellent attention to detail
