IT QA Tester / Automation, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Candidate (W2) plans, directs, and manages Quality Engineering activities supporting multiple software development projects. Assigns resources, establishes testing priorities, reviews schedules, and oversees functional, regression, integration, API, automation, performance, security, accessibility, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Reviews test plans, defect reports, release readiness, project metrics, and KPI performance to ensure software is delivered in accordance with project schedules and project standards.
Oversees testing activities supporting custom-developed applications, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, SaaS platforms, enterprise data solutions, and legacy applications while ensuring project teams maintain complete test documentation, requirements traceability, defect reporting, and testing metrics within the project's designated test management tools.
Coordinates testing activities with project managers, developers, infrastructure staff, business users, security personnel, and the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence to resolve issues affecting project delivery and production releases.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
