Qualifications

• Excellent hands‑on experience in SAP BASIS support maintenance work.
• Excellent SAP DB performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Good Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Experience handling tickets.
• Strong experience in SAP Implementation (installations and configuration) and application upgrades including EHPs.
• Strong hands‑on SAP DB migrations (homogeneous and heterogeneous) on HANA.
• SAP product knowledge: ECC, BW on HANA, Solution Manager, SLT, Taxware, Gateway, FIORI, GTS, Enterprise Portal, Web dispatcher, PI / PO, BOBJ / BODS administration.
• Proficiency in Solution Manager install, configuration and administration – EWA configuration, satellite system configuration, Solman setup, technical monitoring setup, Focused Insight configurations, CHARM support, etc.
• Good SAP Net Weaver Java administration and legacy/third‑party application integration skills.
• Good HANA administration experience – alert setup, parameter tuning, handling HANA alerts, HANA DB patch updates, database backup, restore and recovery.
• Ready to learn new SAP products/skills – fast learner with a positive learning attitude.
• Flexible for on‑call and weekend activities.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.

• Architect, design and develop, through the team, solutions for product or sustenance delivery.
• Train and develop team members to ensure an adequate supply of trained personnel in the technology, thereby mitigating delivery risks.
• Ensure knowledge up‑gradation and work with new technologies so that solutions remain current, meet quality standards and satisfy client requirements.
• Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on a deep understanding of the domain or technology.
