Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a SAP S/4

HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant to join their team. As a SAP S/4

HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant, you will be part of the Data Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA data migration workstream, including planning, design, execution, testing, mock conversions, cutover, and go-live support.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand data requirements and develop migration strategies aligned with S/4

HANA business processes.

Define and execute data migration activities including data discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading.

Conduct workshops with business and process owners to define data migration scope, source-to-target mapping, business rules, transformation requirements, and data governance standards.

Oversee the identification, extraction, cleansing, mapping, and migration of master, transactional, and historical data to ensure data integrity and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.

8+ years of experience in ERP data migration and data transformation projects.

5+ years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4

HANA data migration experience.

Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4

HANA data migration initiatives for transformation programs.

Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and ETL tools.
