As a Senior UX Designer, you’ve proved you know your stuff! InRhythm is in search of the most creative and experienced design leaders. You have kept your design toolkit sharp and are ready to share your passion for new technologies within a dynamic team. We value individuals who find new ways to overcome challenges and raise the bar within a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

You have impacted design thinking from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch, but are missing the visibility of a small team within a large enterprise technical environment. You enjoy coaching junior designers, but want to remain close to the pixels and continue impacting decisions.

Currently, our need is for UX designers to work on different projects within the wider team. The main tool the team uses is Figma and no specific tool for wireframes and mocks outputs. The expectation is that the designers we will bring on board are senior and are able to perform 20-25% mocks and wireframes while 75-80% will be around mapping user flows, problem statements, business processes, edge cases in those processes etc.

• A typical scenario would be for the designer to take a problem, make mocks, expand on the problem, figure out what they are missing in the process, solve for the problem, do usability testing, etc. It s very common for the type of work they are doing that the starting point is the problem, not the research.
• The designers must also be able to facilitate conversations between product owners, project managers, business analysts, engineers and other team members. They should be able to design a solution that is in line with what other stakeholders expect, and tie that to the overall business goals.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of UX Design experience with knowledge of UX principles and how they apply across the web and desktop.
• 3+ years at a single in-house brand/product and lots of different projects on that particular brand/product.
• Must have experience creating wireframes and prototypes by closely utilizing Design Language Systems, Atomic Design, Component Libraries, & iterative design (i.e., v1.0 - v3.1 on a product/app).
• Create user tests and conduct A/B testing using research & testing tools like User Zoom, Maze or User Testing
• Be able to boost workflow efficiency & usability across the landscape of industry-standard Design Tools:
  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing your ability to convey your contribution and understanding of the digital product lifecycle from strategy & requirement gathering, to UX research & user testing, to design iteration & delivery handoff
• Must have a keen eye for design, able to provide individual contribution but also adhere to a team effort and goal
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, and/or consumer apps is a plus
