Functional Consultant – UKG PRO WFM Specialist
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for UKG PRO WFM solutions.
- Implement and configure UKG PRO applications to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of workforce management processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the application and provide timely resolutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in workforce management consulting or related field.
- Strong understanding of UKG PRO functionality and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
