We are currently seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA Data Migration Lead to join a dynamic project team supporting a major SAP transformation initiative.

• Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution from SAP ECC to S/4
  
  HANA.
• Architect the data migration landscape and define best practices.
• Conduct data mapping and collaborate with business and functional teams.
• Lead mock cycles, data cutover activities, and status reporting to PMO.
• Provide estimates, plans, and guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Support post go-live data governance planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with LTMC (Migration Cockpit), SAP BODS, LSMW.
• In-depth knowledge of Material Master, BP/Vendor/Customer master data.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Sales data domains.
• Experience in transactional data cutover (open PO, SO, AR, AP).
• Familiarity with 3rd-party migration tools is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of BODS and SQL is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership in managing complex data migration efforts.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define standards, strategies, and deliverables under tight timelines.
