AI Strategy Formulation and Implementation

• Develop mid-to-long-term AI technology strategic plans aligned with corporate business objectives (e.g., hospitality and tourism industry intelligence, user growth, personalized recommendations, AI-powered customer service, data-driven insights).

• Drive the implementation of AI technologies in hospitality and tourism scenarios (e.g., dynamic pricing, intelligent itinerary planning, NLP-based customer service, image recognition, predictive analytics).

Technical Leadership and Team Management

• Build and manage cross-functional AI teams (algorithm engineers, data scientists), define technical roadmaps, and prioritize R&D initiatives.

• Lead core technology selection (e.g., machine learning frameworks, large-scale model applications, cloud service tool chains) to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

• Formulate and execute AI algorithm development strategies, including technical roadmap planning, team building, and project management, ensuring alignment with company strategy target.

Cross Team Collaboration and Commercialization

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, client management and marketing teams to identify AI-driven business growth opportunities (e.g., user profile optimization, automated marketing, operation efficiency enhancement).

• Oversee end-to-end AI project lifecycle from proof-of-concept (PoC) to scaled deployment, translating technical outcomes into measurable commercial value.

Industry Trends and Technology Research

• Follow up with cutting-edge AI advancements (e.g., generative AI, multimodal models, federated learning) and assess their applicability in the hospitality and tourism sector.

• Foster partnerships with universities, research institutions, and technology vendors to integrate external innovation resources.

Risk Management and Resource Coordination

• Ensure AI compliance (data privacy, ethical reviews) and mitigate risks such as algorithmic bias.

• Manage technology budgets and coordinate internal/external resources (e.g., computing power, data assets, strategic partnerships).

What We’re Looking For

Education Background

• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields, with a strong theoretical foundation in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling.

Industry Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI, at least 3 years in team management. Prior exposure to hospitality, tourism, OTA, internet, or B2B industries is preferred.

• Proven track record of leading end-to-end AI project implementations (e.g., recommendation systems, AI-driven customer service, computer vision applications, RAG, Agent frameworks).

Technical Capabilities

• Expertise in mainstream AI frameworks (Tensor Flow/PyTorch) and practical experience with large models (e.g., GPT, Llama), including fine-tuning, deployment, and inference optimization.

• Comprehensive technical proficiency in databases, networking, security compliance, data processing, and architectural design.

• Familiarity with multiple AI domains: NLP, speech, computer vision, time-series forecasting, search/recommendation systems, etc.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud), big data tools (Spark/Hadoop), and distributed computing frameworks (Ray).

• Deep understanding of AI project lifecycle management (SDLC, MLOps).

• Strong algorithmic background with expertise in model training optimization, data mining, and cutting-edge AI methodologies (machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning).

• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, business-aligned technical solutions with robust engineering execution.

• Technical foresight and business acumen to translate technological capabilities into commercial outcomes.

• Ability to align technical capabilities with business needs, including cost-profit analysis and ROI evaluation.
