This role requires a hands‑on professional who can balance technical expertise with a strong service-oriented mindset.

Your primary objective will be to support uninterrupted day-to-day corporate operations while maintaining high-performance, client-ready meeting environments that enhance the overall workplace experience. Role is on‑site Monday through Friday.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time AV infrastructure anomalies, connectivity disruptions, audio feedback/echo loops, video dropouts, and software-hardware handshaking errors during critical corporate meetings and executive events.
  • Infrastructure & Cable Topology:
Execute precise low-voltage cabling infrastructure routes, termination, and label management (HDMI, Cat6, SDI, balanced audio lines) to ensure standard compliance and pristine server rack/conference room tidiness.
  • Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine system health‑checks, firmware upgrades, patch deployments, and visual hardware inspections on all media systems, display components, and automated controllers’ campus-wide.
  • Vendor Ecosystem
