We at Coforge are hiring a UX Researcher with the following skillset:

• Partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
• Develop research strategies aligned with portfolio objectives and key business outcomes (OKRs).
• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, including:
  User Interviews, Usability Testing (Moderated & Unmoderated), Surveys, Click Testing, Competitive Analysis, Heuristic Evaluations, Eye-Tracking Studies, Journey Mapping.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to uncover behavioral insights and enhance research outcomes.
• Create and maintain Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints that drive customer-centric decision-making.
• Monitor UX performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to improve product experiences.
• Support and expand UX Research Operations (Research Ops), including research infrastructure, participant recruitment, and research governance.
• Mentor designers and junior researchers while fostering a culture of user-centered design.

• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UX Research experience in large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with research platforms such as:
  User Testing, User Zoom, Userlytics, Similar research tools.
• Familiarity with UX design and prototyping tools:
  Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leveraging analytics tools such as:
  Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric.
• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel or equivalent data analysis capabilities.
