Trinity Consultants in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time IT Helpdesk Support Technician I to join on-site with a dynamic team. You will support Windows 10/11, the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, One Drive) and have some Mac OS experience.
The associate will manage user accounts, provide desktop and laptop support including imaging, handle tickets, document IT requests, assist with IT asset management, and collaborate with overseas team members to meet QA & SLA goals.
