Technical Project Manager In Person

Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX - (In Person Interview)

(100% onsite Role)

• Project Planning & Execution – Lead end-to-end technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements are met.
• Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, product teams, engineering teams, and senior management to align priorities and expectations.
• Technical Leadership – Work closely with architects, developers, Dev Ops, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive technical solutions and project outcomes.
• Agile Project Management – Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, release planning.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and technical challenges; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Resource & Team Management – Plan resource requirements, allocate tasks, track team performance, and ensure effective utilization of technical resources.
• Project Tracking & Reporting – Maintain project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, milestones, and status reports; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Cross-functional Coordination – Manage dependencies across engineering, product, QA, security, infrastructure, vendors, and other business functions.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance – Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet technical, functional, security, performance, and quality standards.
• Process & Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engineering practices, automation, governance, and overall project efficiency.
