We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Any Logic Simulation Engineer with professional experience, including at least 1.5 years of direct, practical Any Logic development. This is not a theoretical or purely advisory role; we need an active builder who writes clean Java code directly inside Any Logic to solve complex engineering challenges.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between abstract business challenges and technical execution, seamlessly translating real-world operational problems into highly accurate, functional simulation models.

• Multi-Method Modeling: Design, build, and deploy complex simulation models leveraging Any Logic’s core methodologies:
  Agent-Based
  , Discrete Event
  , and System Dynamics
  .
• Operational Simulation: Construct robust models to accurately simulate supply chains, material handling, logistics networks, manufacturing operations, and workflow processes.
• Coding & Logic: Write and maintain custom Java code within the Any Logic environment to handle advanced logic, data structures, and custom behaviors.
• Validation & Verification: Rigorously test, validate, and verify simulation models against live operational data and historical business scenarios.
• Performance Optimization: Refine and optimize existing models to ensure scalability, computational efficiency, and high accuracy.

• Data Synthesis: Analyze complex simulation outputs and translate raw quantitative data into actionable, strategic business insights.
• Scenario Testing: Conduct extensive what-if scenarios, risk analyses, and sensitivity testing to forecast operational impacts.
• Bottleneck Identification: Use simulation data to uncover systemic inefficiencies, constraints, and optimization opportunities across workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present highly technical simulation findings, visual data, and strategic recommendations to both technical teams and executive business stakeholders.

• Any Logic Expertise: 4+ years of total simulation experience, with a strict minimum of 1.5 years of dedicated, hands-on Any Logic building experience.
• Java Proficiency: Strong programming foundation in Java, specifically applied to writing custom functions, classes, and logic inside Any Logic.
• Problem-Solving Framework: Proven ability to dissect a vague business problem, map its variables, and architect it into a structured simulation model.
• Mathematical & Statistical Literacy: Solid understanding of probability distributions, statistical analysis, and data validation techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex technical behaviors to non-technical business partners.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience integrating Any Logic with external databases (SQL, Oracle), Excel, or GIS mapping data.
• Familiarity with optimization libraries or AI/Reinforcement Learning integrations inside simulation tools.
