Salesforce Solution Analyst – Join a Major Enterprise Transformation in Dallas, TX!

We’re seeking an innovative and dedicated Salesforce Solution Analyst to be a vital part of a dynamic team, supporting a high-profile, large-scale deployment right near DFW Airport. What You’ll Do:As a Salesforce Solution Analyst, you’ll serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your expertise will guide the successful design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including permit processing, inspections, and portal experiences for external users. You’ll gather and analyze requirements, develop detailed documentation, support testing phases, and ensure seamless integrations with enterprise applications like Bluebeam, JP Morgan Chase, and Primavera P6.
Your contribution will help shape innovative solutions that optimize government workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specs and BRDs
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills:
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience and accredited professional certification
- Experience with Omni Studio (OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors)
- Configuration experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of permitting, inspections, licensing, or government workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and data migration projects
- Skilled in developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
Education & Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in government or public sector projects, especially within enterprise software implementations, will thrive in this role. A background supporting large-scale Salesforce deployments with experience in data migration and integrations is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:This onsite role requires a commitment to working in Dallas, TX. Candidates should be prepared to participate in solution workshops, project planning, and configuration sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
