The Senior HR Product Data Analyst leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of advanced analytics solutions that enable strategic HR product decisions and enhance employee experiences. This role partners with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define enterprise data strategies, develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions, measure product performance, and provide actionable insights. The Senior HR Product Data Analyst applies advanced analytical expertise, deep HR data knowledge, and business acumen to solve complex business challenges, influence product strategy, and drive data-informed decision-making across HR products.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex analyses of HR product, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic insights. Partner with Product Managers, HR leaders, and stakeholders to define enterprise data strategies, success metrics, reporting requirements, and measurement frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytical solutions that support HR products and business objectives. Establish data quality standards and lead efforts to improve data integrity, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy.

Translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions, data models, and actionable recommendations. Lead the development and enhancement of HR product analytics capabilities, reporting frameworks, and data processes. Evaluate product performance, user adoption, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes using advanced analytical methodologies. Partner with Data & Reporting, HR Technology, and engineering teams to define data architecture, reporting strategies, and scalable analytics solutions.

Lead the development and maintenance of data definitions, business rules, analytical methodologies, reporting standards, and documentation. Lead testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Present analytical findings, trends, strategic recommendations, and executive-level insights to leaders and product teams. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve analytics processes, and increase self-service reporting capabilities. Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced analysts on analytical techniques, reporting standards, and best practices.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of HR processes, workforce analytics, and business operations, including how data enables strategic decision-making and product performance. Advanced knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, reporting strategies, and performance measurement. Knowledge of HR technology platforms, enterprise systems, data architecture, and HR data models. Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata, and reporting standards. Knowledge of dashboard design, data visualization best practices, and reporting techniques.

Skill in leading complex data analyses to identify business trends, predictive insights, risks, and opportunities. Skill in translating complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions, metrics, reporting strategies, and data models. Skill in designing dashboards, scorecards, and visualization solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Skill in developing analytical frameworks that measure product success, adoption, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. Skill in influencing cross-functional stakeholders through data storytelling, visualization, and presentations.

Ability to lead multiple complex analytics initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to influence business strategy through data-driven recommendations and executive insights. Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, HR, Technology, Data & Reporting, and business teams. Ability to identify data quality issues, determine root causes, and lead resolution efforts. Ability to mentor analysts and promote continuous improvement in reporting and analytical practices.
