SBT II Datacenter Technicians (Contract)
5-Month Contract | September 2026 – January 2027
Onsite Datacenter Environment
$25 - $27 per hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot provisioning, network, and OS installation issues.
- Perform datacenter walkthroughs and document server alarms.
- Open and manage customer tickets as needed.
- Run hardware diagnostics and support inventory resolution efforts.
- Respond to rack-level outages, faulty links, optics issues, and networking device failures.
- Escalate major incidents to Tier III Support or Site Management.
- Available for the full contract period (September 2026 - January 2027).
- Previous hands-on datacenter experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, networking, and OS support.
- Ability to follow procedures, documentation standards, and escalation processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Industry credentials such as CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+
- Specialized Hardware: Prior experience with high-performance computing (HPC) or specialized AI/GPU infrastructure platforms
- Environment: Familiarity with enterprise ticketing workflows, asset management tracking, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety compliance.
