Liviniti (formerly Southern Scripts) seeks a Senior Director of IT to lead enterprise technology strategy in support of our transparent, patient centric PBM model. This leader will own IT vision, architecture, and operations across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, and cybersecurity. You'll drive modernization, automation, and analytics capabilities that reduce drug costs and improve outcomes. Partnering closely with executives and business units, you'll build a high performing IT team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver scalable, secure solutions in a collaborative, mission driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with Liviniti's PBM and healthcare business goals
- Lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application roadmaps
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST)
- Own IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Direct data platforms, integrations, and analytics capabilities to support insights
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of core systems
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, mission-driven IT organization
- Partner with executive leaders and business units to deliver technology solutions
- Drive cloud transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and continuous improvement for IT service delivery and projects
