Overview:
Seeking a Senior Technical Lead with hands-on Oracle FDI expertise to own technical delivery, configuration, and custom development, while leading an offshore delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle FDI implementations
• Own FDI configuration, including data pipelines, semantic models, and prebuilt KPI/metric extensions
• Design and oversee custom development to extend FDI beyond out-of-box capabilities
• Manage and mentor an offshore delivery team, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
• Serve as technical escalation point for delivery issues and design decisions
• Coordinate with onshore functional/architecture leads to align technical execution with project scope

Required Qualifications:

• Senior-level, hands-on Oracle FDI technical experience (configuration + custom development)
• Proven experience leading offshore delivery teams
• Strong understanding of FDI architecture (data integration, semantic layer, reporting/analytics layer)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and drive resolution
• Strong communication skills to bridge offshore execution with onshore/client stakeholders
