Desktop Support Analyst
This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to employees, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft 365 administration, account management, and troubleshooting within Windows-based environments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Location:
Dallas, TX (On-site)
Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire
Hourly Rate: $25 - $30
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues.
- Perform account management tasks including creating and managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including license management, email tracing, and email whitelisting.
- Support One Drive and Azure device enrollment, ensuring proper configuration and connectivity.
