STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Project Manager AI Adoption & Learning Programs on behalf of our client in Dallas, TX.

This role will lead enterprise initiatives focused on AI adoption, workforce enablement, learning programs, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to help business teams understand, adopt, and effectively leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.

This position is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business users by translating AI concepts into practical learning, communication, and adoption strategies.

• Lead end-to-end AI adoption, workforce enablement, and learning initiatives.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate multiple cross-functional work streams and stakeholders.

• Monitor program progress and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

• Align initiatives with organizational goals and enterprise technology strategies.

• Drive AI awareness, adoption, training, and workforce upskilling programs.

• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, learning journeys, and communication campaigns.

• Translate AI and Generative AI concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.

• Promote understanding of AI use cases, business value, and responsible AI practices.

• Support enterprise AI strategy execution and adoption efforts.

• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, learning organizations, and external stakeholders.

• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, program updates, and communication materials.

• Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional discussions.

• Build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout program execution.

• Support organizational change management initiatives related to AI and digital transformation.

• Identify adoption challenges and develop strategies to improve engagement and utilization.

• Promote AI governance, compliance, and best practices.

• Track adoption metrics, program outcomes, risks, and key performance indicators.

• Prepare executive-level reports and status updates.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, change management, learning and development, technology enablement, or related fields.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Advanced experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and communications.

• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts.

• Experience utilizing AI-based tools in a professional environment.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

• Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or workforce upskilling initiatives.

• Experience with organizational change management programs.

• Experience developing technical or business-focused training materials.

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.

• Experience working within large enterprise environments.

• Background supporting AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.
