POSITION Canada Modernization Program Manager LOCATION
Dallas, TX (hybrid 2 days per week)
REQUIRED SKILLS- Experience in managing technology modernization project teams using a variety of supporting technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy
- Strong understanding of program and project management practices and demonstration of essential supporting soft skills
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to Identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 7-10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles required
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Canada Modernization Program Manager:
Need to have Predictive Experience, Cloud Experience (Azure preferred)
- PMP certification preferred
- Scrum Master Certification preferred
