We are seeking an experienced EPIC Client Systems Administrator to join Technical Services Team
B. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Epic's application infrastructure while leading technical projects that enhance system performance, interoperability, and end‑user experience across the healthcare enterprise. The successful candidate will provide administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical Epic technologies, primarily EPIC MyChart, and including Printing Services, Web Blob, Interconnect, Care Everywhere, Hyperspace Performance, Hyperspace Web, Kuiper, System Pulse, Telemedicine integrations, Epic Care Link, and Epic Hello World.
The role also includes support and management of Imprivata One Sign solutions to ensure secure and seamless user access. Working closely with application analysts, infrastructure teams, clinical stakeholders, and vendors, this position is responsible for system upgrades, configuration management, performance tuning, incident resolution, and implementation of new Epic infrastructure capabilities.
- Experience supporting Epic infrastructure technologies in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of Epic Hyperspace, Web technologies, interoperability, and patient engagement platforms.
- Experience with system administration, performance tuning, and enterprise application support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Education Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Experience 3 years progressively responsible business systems and/or Information Technology project experience, with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training. Applicants without the stated degree, but with significant additional Information Technology systems and project experience, may be considered.
