* Four-Week Company-Paid Sabbatical Eligibility After Five Years of Service The Senior Consultant, Tax Technology partners with primarily internal stakeholders, with some external client support, to identify business challenges, analyze tax processes and systems, and design and implement scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value. This role performs requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, ETL and data transformation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support business and technology initiatives.

The Senior Consultant uses tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platform, and other low-code/no-code technologies to support data-driven tax solutions, while exercising independent judgment, mentoring team members, and contributing to high-quality client outcomes.

* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members on business analysis, data analysis, solution documentation, testing, and tax technology delivery practices.
