Four Ways Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Security Architect specializing in AI Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring to design and operationalize advanced security capabilities for modern AI ecosystems. This role focuses on protecting Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, APIs, and cloud platforms through proactive threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, and security architecture leadership.

As a Security Architect – AI Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring, you will be responsible for building and maturing enterprise-scale security monitoring and response capabilities across rapidly evolving AI and cloud environments. You will work closely with cybersecurity, cloud, engineering, AI, and business teams to establish comprehensive controls, detection mechanisms, and response frameworks addressing emerging AI threats. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in AI security, cloud security, threat intelligence, incident response, and detection engineering to safeguard critical AI assets, models, identities, APIs, and integrations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive hands‑on experience who can design resilient security architectures while driving operational excellence across modern security operations programs.
- Design and implement AI-focused cybersecurity monitoring, detection, and response architectures.
- Develop threat detection and threat hunting capabilities for GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI platforms, and AI-driven applications.
- Build and operationalize security monitoring frameworks across AI models, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct AI threat modeling exercises using industry frameworks and best practices.
- Develop detection use cases, correlation rules, and security analytics within SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Lead incident response activities involving AI systems, cloud environments, and advanced cyber threats.
- Perform adversary emulation, purple team exercises, and security validation initiatives.
- Establish controls to secure non-human identities, service accounts, AI agents, and machine-to-machine interactions.
- Design and implement cloud security controls across AWS environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve AI governance, risk management, and security compliance.
- Develop security architecture standards for AI applications, APIs, model deployment pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
- Mentor security teams and provide technical leadership on AI cybersecurity initiatives.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Architecture.
- Strong hands‑on experience securing AI, Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI environments.
- Deep understanding of AI security risks, attack vectors, and defense strategies.
- Experience with MITRE ATLAS, OWASP frameworks, and NIST cybersecurity standards.
- Proven expertise in Threat Modeling, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering.
- Strong experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Incident Response and Purple Team operations.
- Experience building and operationalizing enterprise security monitoring capabilities.
- Strong AWS cloud security experience.
- Expertise in API security and modern integration security architectures.
- Experience securing Non-Human Identity (NHI) and machine identities.
- Knowledge of AI Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead complex security initiatives and mentor technical teams.
