Advanced SENTRY is seeking an experienced, highly connected Vice President, Data Center Infrastructure Solutions & Technical Enablement to help lead the expansion of our data center infrastructure, technical workforce, strategic partnerships, and integrated security solutions.

This is a hands-on executive leadership position for an individual who understands how modern data centers are built, operated, protected, staffed, and supported — and who has established relationships throughout the data center, cloud, colocation, telecommunications, infrastructure, and technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical infrastructure experience with the ability to develop people, establish repeatable processes, build strategic relationships, open new business opportunities, and translate technical customer requirements into scalable solutions.

The Opportunity

Our approach brings together:

  • Technical workforce solutions
  • Critical facility operations
  • Cybersecurity coordination and response
  • Access and asset protection
  • Incident and emergency response
  • Strategic workforce deployment

The Vice President of Data Center Infrastructure Solutions & Technical Enablement will play a key role in building and scaling this model.

This individual will work across operations, recruiting, training, sales, strategic partnerships, infrastructure services, and security leadership to develop a repeatable Advanced SENTRY capability for supporting mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities Data Center Infrastructure Leadership

Provide technical leadership for Advanced SENTRY's data center and infrastructure services, including:

  • Data center deployments and expansions
  • Rack and stack operations
  • Structured cabling
  • Fiber and copper infrastructure
  • Server and network commissioning
  • Smart Hands and Remote Hands services
  • Hardware deployments and decommissions
  • Network and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Power and cooling readiness
  • Asset and inventory management
  • Hardware lifecycle and RMA coordination
  • Data center moves, adds, changes, and expansions
  • Colocation and vendor coordination

Help Advanced SENTRY evaluate customer requirements and develop the appropriate technical workforce, processes, documentation, and execution strategy for each engagement.

Strategic Relationships & Business Development

A major responsibility of this position is developing and leveraging relationships throughout the data center and critical-infrastructure ecosystem.

The VP will:

  • Develop relationships with cloud providers, colocation operators, data center owners, infrastructure companies, contractors, technology vendors, ISPs, and strategic partners
  • Identify and develop new infrastructure and security opportunities
  • Create introductions between Advanced SENTRY and key industry decision-makers
  • Support executive-level customer meetings
  • Participate in technical discovery and solution-development discussions
  • Help convert relationships into strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities
  • Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process
  • Assist with solution scoping, staffing strategies, proposals, and statements of work
  • Expand Advanced SENTRY's visibility and credibility throughout the data center industry

This position requires someone who can build relationships at both the technical and executive level.

Work directly with Advanced SENTRY's recruiting organization to build a scalable pipeline of qualified infrastructure professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing technical requirements for data center positions
  • Developing technician competency standards
  • Creating technical interview and screening criteria
  • Participating in technical candidate evaluations
  • Identifying high-potential technicians
  • Establishing technician levels and career progression
  • Supporting recruiting teams in understanding technical job requirements
