Inventory Technician, Fulfillment Center

Utilize district inventory software to maintain accurate inventory control and recover technology devices that has been reported lost, stolen, or damaged. Work with district police department to recover reported stolen devices. Communicate with parents/guardians for proper retrieval of non-returned devices from withdrawn students. Maintain accurate database of withdrawn students received from Power School notifications. Work with Asset Management Department for accurate asset data for all withdrawn students.

Ensure all decommissioned devices are documented and processed in a timely manner. Work with Information Technology Security team to ensure all lost or stolen devices are locked in a timely manner. Work with Human Capital Management Department to retrieve data of exiting staff. Collaborate with Dallas ISD Campus Staff as needed. Provide excellent communication and customer service to parents, students and employees.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or manager. All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification, as appropriate.

Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency). Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications. Knowledgeable in Google Sheets. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Team player with organizational skills. High level attention to detail.
