IT Analyst

Hunter Douglas is seeking an IT Analyst to support manufacturing and smart-home technology systems for custom window treatments. You'll analyze business requirements, configure and support ERP and production applications, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize data flows between operations, engineering, and corporate teams. Partner with stakeholders to document processes, manage small projects, ensure data integrity, and enhance system performance and reliability in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Provide user training, reporting, and proactive improvements to strengthen IT-enabled manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions for manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Configure, maintain, and support ERP and related production systems.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Document processes, workflows, and system changes with clear, user-focused materials.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and corporate teams to optimize IT-enabled workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Participate in small to mid-size IT projects and system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to IT and quality standards.
• Train and support end users on applications and new features.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvements to systems and processes.
