Senior Program Manager

An SAP test lead manages the quality assurance lifecycle for SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. They build test plans, coordinate testing teams across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defects, and align technical verification with core business processes.

Test Planning:
Create end-to-end test strategies, plans, and schedules for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide manual and automation testing resources across onshore and offshore models.

Defect Management:
Run defect triage meetings, log bugs, and track issues using tools like Jira or HP ALM.

Execution & Validation:
Validate complex SAP integration points, APIs, IDocs, and business process workflows.

Status Reporting:
Report project quality metrics and testing progress to project managers and leadership.

Experience:

16+ years of IT experience with a heavy focus on SAP Quality Assurance and testing.

SAP Knowledge:
Strong functional or technical grasp of core SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP) and modern environments like SAP S/4

HANA or Fiori.

Tool Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with test management and automation frameworks (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Selenium, Solution Manager).

Methodologies:
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional waterfall test execution cycles

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
