Location: Dallas or Plano, TX - Locals Only

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support high-priority, enterprise-wide Digital Transformation initiatives across areas such as AI, Personalization, and Digital Platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive programs from planning through delivery
    , managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, decision-making, governance, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations
    .
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications
    .
  • Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and overall program health.
  • Support KPI definition, value realization, outcome measurement, and business-value reporting for digital initiatives.
  • Establish scalable program management processes, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives.
  • Influence teams and stakeholders effectively without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple business units.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and meeting leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and reporting
    .
  • Ability to build relationships across both technical and non-technical organizations
    .
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting
    .
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
    .
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and operate effectively with minimal direction.
Preferred Background

Experience supporting Digital Transformation, AI, Personalization, Digital Platforms, Product, Technology, or enterprise modernization programs is highly desirable.
