Optomi, in partnership with a leading metals manufacturing company, is looking for a Support Analyst - Finance to join the client's Business Technology team.
Position Summary:The Support Analyst will provide day-to-day business support related to accounting and finance activities in Oracle EBS and related tools. This role is critical due to the recent retirement of the primary AR Support Analyst and the team's current short-staffed status. The analyst will work closely with division personnel to troubleshoot financial transaction issues, manage ticket queues, and improve user experience.
