The Role

Ready to help people learn, grow, and perform at their best?

As a Sales Enablement Professional, you will help create learning experiences, tools, and resources that support our sales teams as they build relationships with customers and solve business challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys learning, communication, project coordination, and using technology to make information easier to access and understand.

You’ll work with experienced sales, marketing, and enablement professionals to develop onboarding programs, learning content, and performance support resources. Along the way, you’ll gain exposure to enterprise technology, customer engagement strategies, sales processes, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Whether you’re creating content, analyzing feedback, or supporting a training event, your work will help colleagues build confidence and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

What you will do Create engaging learning experiences
  • Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, and communications that support seller learning
  • Help design onboarding experiences that enable new sellers to become productive more quickly
  • Support virtual and in-person learning events, workshops, and boot camps
  • Organize learning resources and keep enablement content current and easy to find
Support seller readiness
  • Assist with programs that help sales teams understand new offerings, tools, and business priorities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, practical learning content
  • Gather feedback from participants and identify opportunities to improve learning experiences
  • Help track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness
Use technology to drive impact
  • Leverage collaboration platforms, CRM tools, and AI-enabled solutions to support enablement activities
  • Analyze learning and program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute ideas that simplify processes and improve the learner experience
Learn and grow
  • Build knowledge of sales enablement, customer engagement, and enterprise technology environments
  • Partner with experienced professionals who will coach and support your development
  • Strengthen skills in facilitation, communication, project management, content development, and analytics

Who

You Are
  • Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience obtained within the last two years or completing before start date
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
  • Experience creating presentations, training materials, communications, academic projects, or digital content
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw insights from data
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, collaboration platforms, or similar productivity applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
  • Curious, adaptable approach to learning new technologies, processes, and ways of working
