The RoleYour role
As a User Interface Designer, you will shape how people experience digital products by designing clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive interfaces. You will focus on how users move through screens and how visual and interactive elements support that movement. Your work will translate product intent and user needs into tangible interface designs that are usable, accessible, and consistent across platforms. You will balance independent design execution with close collaboration across design and delivery teams to bring interfaces from concept through implementation.

WhoYou Are Required skills and experience
- Experience designing user interfaces for web or digital applications
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design
- Ability to design at the skeleton and surface levels of the experience
- Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools
- Experience applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate requirements into clear, production ready interface designs
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a product or delivery environment
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating findings into interface design
- Experience working closely with front end engineers during implementation
- Exposure to enterprise or complex digital products
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
$63,360 to $114,120 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
Note:
If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
