After Sales Engineer

• Lead the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex faults in data center products (magnetic chillers/CDU/fan walls/precision AC), providing remote and on-site technical support
• Organize post-fault reviews, produce technical bulletins and improvement plans, and drive product quality closure
• Cooperate with the front-end sales team to provide after-sales technical solutions, and participate in the technical aspects of major customer service and business negotiations
• Responsible for the development and continuous optimization of data center product technical training materials
• Regularly organize talent cultivation and technical training for customers, after-sales personnel, and key service providers

• Having worked for at least 3 years in after-sales service or after-sales technical support positions, familiar with the principles, structure, and common troubleshooting methods of large water chillers;
• Familiar with the data center industry and having a basic understanding of construction sites.
