Epic Application Analyst

Insight Global is seeking experienced Epic Application Analysts to support its enterprise-wide Epic Refuel ("Back to Foundation") transformation initiative. Our Client has been live on Epic for more than two decades and is embarking on a large-scale effort to align workflows, build standards, and system configuration with Epic Foundation recommendations and industry best practices. The Epic Application Analyst will support both ongoing operational needs and Refuel-related optimization efforts within their assigned application area.

Depending on team structure, analysts may focus on production support activities, Foundation build work, or a combination of both. Analysts will collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, revenue cycle teams, informatics partners, project managers, and fellow Epic team members to support workflow standardization, system optimization, and long-term organizational transformation. The Refuel program is focused on reducing unnecessary customization, improving system maintainability, enhancing end-user experience, and positioning the organization to leverage future Epic enhancements and innovations.
