AI Business & Operations, AI Engineer (Applied/Software)
Job Description
Joining the Services Incubation Hub means joining the team that invents what Schneider Electric’s services business becomes next.
We are a team of builders and entrepreneurs. We take raw ideas for new energy services, ranging from AI native offers to software defined infrastructure to outcome based contracts, and turn them into proven, fundable bets, tested with real customers, backed by real evidence, ready to scale. We work like a startup inside Schneider Electric: small, senior, fast, close to customers, close to code and close to data.
Our bets span Cloud and Service Providers, Power and Grid, and Buildings and Industries, the segments where ONE Services is building its next generation of offers.
Our mindset is creative and experimental. We think in prototypes, not slide decks. We validate with customers before we build at scale, and we build with AI as a native tool, not an afterthought. Every idea moves through fast learning cycles: try it, test it with real customers, learn, and move again. The bets that prove themselves get handed to our Leagues to scale across Schneider Electric’s global services business.
We are building this at a defining moment for the industry. Services are shifting from reactive maintenance to predictive and autonomous optimization, from hours of intervention to guaranteed outcomes, from cloud only architectures to hybrid and edge intelligence. Our ambition is to be the engine that gives Schneider Electric’s ONE Services strategy its next generation of offers, and to do it with the speed, creativity and technical edge of a native AI startup.
If you are energized by ambiguity, by customer truth, and by building fast with AI at the core of how you work, this is your team.
