Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Project & Program Management

Location: Dallas or Plano, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Experience: 6+ years preferred; strong candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support projects within a Digital organization, with a focus on AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform initiatives. The Project Manager will own project delivery from initiation through closure while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers.

• Manage projects on schedule and within budget across AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform initiatives.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure

• Develop project plans, estimates, timelines, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, development, testing, and other cross-functional resources.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and quality
  .
• Drive timely delivery while setting and managing customer expectations.
• Provide project oversight and communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members and promote effective team collaboration.
• Assist with project estimation and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Ensure deliverables follow established project management standards and methodologies.
• Partner closely with Program Managers to ensure project execution aligns with broader program objectives.
• Stay current with developments in AI/ML, personalization/recommendation technologies, and digital platform modernization
  .
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects through the complete project management lifecycle
  .
• Strong experience with project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management, and quality management
  .
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, team-building, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Effective and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating technical and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SAFe Agile certification and/or Project Management certification is preferred.
• Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products, personalization/recommendation engines, or digital platform modernization is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working within a larger Digital Transformation program and collaborating with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Plano, TX area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week
