Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Oracle Fusion Service Cloud, Oracle Digital Customer Service.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management/Customer Service.
- Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes and Problem Definition.
- Experience in Solution Design.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, RMA and Depot Repair.
- Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder.
- Knowledge of Webservices based integration.
- Experience in Application Managed Services (AMS).
