Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
.

• Agile/Scrum: Demonstrated experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes and system integrations.
• SQL/PLSQL: Experience with SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Tools: Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Microsoft Tools: Experience with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization.

• Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze as-is business processes and design to-be processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and experiences.
• Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create functional design specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and data requirements.
• Assist Product Owners with project planning, roadmap development, and estimations.
• Sprint Planning
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to project best practices and overall delivery success.
• Process flows
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Participate as a primary, co, and/or contributing author on project deliverables.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance activities.
• Provide best-practice and industry-specific solutions.
• Recommend alternative/out-of-the-box solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and hands-on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a member of the functional team.
