Principal Engineer & Lead - Zscaler

We at Coforge are hiring Principal Engineer - Zscaler with the following skillset:

• Serve as the on-site technical lead and trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery workshops and assess existing network and security architectures.
• Define Zero Trust strategies and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Design scalable target-state architectures using ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and ZTB.
• Evaluate security, network connectivity, user experience, and AI integration opportunities.
• Lead application segmentation and private application access initiatives.
• Drive secure internet access and cloud security integration strategies.
• Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and application teams to develop migration and implementation plans.
• Establish governance frameworks, operational readiness models, and best practices.
• Present executive-level recommendations and architecture strategies to business and technical leadership.

• 9+ years of experience in Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Deep expertise in Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZTB).
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles and frameworks.
• Experience with network transformation, cloud security, and secure access solutions.
• Knowledge of application segmentation, VPN replacement strategies, and identity-driven access controls.
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale security transformation programs.

• Zscaler Certified Professional/Architect certifications.
• Experience with SASE/SSE platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-driven security and user experience monitoring solutions.
• Enterprise consulting and customer-facing leadership experience.
