KPMG is looking to hire a Sr. Associate, Workday Learning for our Advisory practice.
Responsibilities- Functional Solution Design & Validation:
Apply deep functional expertise in Workday Learning to analyze client requirements, critically evaluate solution designs proposed by our intelligent automation tools, and identify gaps or areas for optimization. - Quality Assurance & Critical Analysis:
Serve as a key line of defense for quality. Meticulously test and validate AI-generated configurations, business processes, and data structures to ensure they are accurate, efficient, and aligned with the client's strategic objectives. - Data-Informed Problem Solving:
Assist in gathering and analyzing client data to support solution design and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the engagement team and client. - Value-Focused Delivery:
Contribute to the development of business cases by helping to quantify the impact of solution decisions. Support the tracking and reporting of value realization metrics to demonstrate the ROI of the transformation. - Client
Collaboration:
Actively participate in client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and testing cycles. Clearly articulate functional concepts and the rationale behind solution choices to client stakeholders. - Engagement Support:
Support project management by tracking progress on functional work streams, documenting key decisions, and assisting with knowledge transfer and hypercare activities, always with a focus on delivering long-term value.
- A minimum of three years of experience with Workday Learning, demonstrating a strong evolution from hands-on configuration to functional analysis and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking and a high degree of attention to detail in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dissecting complex business requirements and translating them into effective system designs.
- A foundational understanding of business and financial metrics (e.g., ROI, cost-benefit) and the ability to connect technical solutions to business value.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools or platforms within an HR technology environment is highly desirable.
- Workday Learning certification is preferred.
- Travel may be up to 80-100%.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
